Joy has been coaching athletes for swim, bike, and run since 2015. While she enjoys all distances and abilities, she specializes in the newer athlete with big dreams.

One-on-one coaching offers customized training plans accessed via Training Peaks with direct text/phone/e-mail communication with your triathlon coach. Both you and your coach can securely access and edit the workout schedule. You update your training in Training Peaks and enter feedback. Your coach reviews your progress, plans, and uploads the following week’s workouts. This is the ideal option for many athletes, especially those who crave motivation and accountability.

Training plans for Sprint and Olympic-distance triathlon are available, and 5K, 10K, and half marathon training plans.
