Coaching Tip:  Stay Motivated

We all experience a lull in motivation at one time or another. Stay positive and don’t get discouraged when this happens. Try:

  1. Train with a friend.
  2. Try out new, fun equipment.
  3. Turn on that music — just remember that no headphones or music are permitted in a triathlon.
  4. Have fun with it and stop focusing on your pace/speed.
